I would recommend Bellandi Construction for your roofing and gutter! From my first conversation with Pilar, the process from start to finish was quick and WORRY FREE. Jim Cowell, Sales Manager, took care of the Insurance company, from meeting with the insurance company and follow up calls. Diego showed up on the first day and made sure his staff worked safely and completed the job. His staff were friendly, efficient and clean-up was impeccable. I can’t say enough good things about this company!

Jim Cowell was our point of contact for all of our work and he was wonderful! Always responsive, great customer service, and so helpful working with our insurance for storm coverage. The work they did (roof,gutters,siding,window wraps) was done in a timely manner, and the crews were great about cleanup after which is a huge plus! They even went the extra mile and got our siding from Milwaukee so we could have our house completed before the sale of our home! Already referred them to family, but highly recommend using them for anyone looking!

Great experience with the team. They were easy to work with and got it done in a very expedited way with great quality service. Got to replace the full roof, gutters and window covers. Special shoutout to Evan and Jim for executing the project flawlessly. They initiated the process with the insurance folks with a call and oversaw entire project from start to finish. We worked with Jim and Diego following a microburst hail storm that came through our area. They worked with us and our insurance to assess the damage and get as much as we could from our insurance. We received a new roof on the house and garage, all new gutters and down spouts and gutter guards on the house and garage, but they were only able to get siding on 2 sides of the house. They were easy to work with and completed all the jobs quickly with good quality.

Bellandi construction is a great company. Their customer service from the moment I started talking to Jim about the storm damage and replacing my roof. Then getting the roof replaced and finally the clean up. I had a small issue in my garage and Jim, Diego and Jose were quick to get it fixed. I had roof damage from a storm. My neighbor referred them. They were polite and acted as a go between with my insurance. The service was prompt and I was able to have my roof and gutters replaced within a timely manner. They did a wonderful job and were polite and courteous

After hail damaged our house and garage, Bellandi Construction did a great job replacing our roof, siding, gutters, window wraps and trim. Jim Cowell kept in contact with us throughout the process. Best roofing company we talked to. The whole process from start to finish was done very professionally. Clean up was great. They went around with a magnet to pick up and make sure all nails were picked up. Left everything as clean as it was when they arrived. Roofing crew and salesman were great to work with. Definitely would recommend them . They installed our gutters and put gutter guards on also.

They were fantastic. They took care of the storm damage to the house and garage. Recomended by neighbors, they worked fast and efficent and the work is beautiful. New roof on the garage and all the windows and doors have been wrapped. The sofit repaired.

Bellandi was very easy to work with. The May 15th storm put a tree branch through my roof, bent my gutters, and caused hail damage to my siding. The Bellandi Team, Diego and Jim especially, were very helpful in explaining the process, meeting with the insurance adjuster, and working hard to get the most out of my claim. The crews who did the work were very respectful of my property, and did a beautiful job. I was so happy to get the roof, siding, gutters and gutter guards replaced on both my house and garage.
